Tom is an Investment Director at Cibus Capital. Prior to joining in 2021, he spent 10 years at Rabobank, including with the Rabo Food and Agri Innovation Fund, where he focused on impact investing in food and agriculture start-ups. Tom holds a BSc in Economics and Business from the University of Exeter.
