Alastair is Head of Venture and member of the Investment Advisory Committee. He spent 18 years in investment banking, including 16 years at Morgan Stanley as Managing Director in the Equity Division (London and Hong Kong). After leaving banking in 2002, he attended the Royal Agricultural University and has managed his own mixed organic farm. Alastair holds a BSc in Zoology from the University of Exeter.
