Jonathan is Chair of the Portfolio Committee and a Senior Adviser to Cibus Capital LLP. In addition to his role at Cibus, he is also a non-executive member of the Investment Advisory Committee of AF Capital, a large family office, as well as Chair of the Exit Committee and adviser to a UK-headquartered global financial services business. Prior to his advisory roles, Jonathan led OMERS Private Equity in Europe and was a member of their global investment committee. Before OMERS he was one of the founding partners and an Investment Committee member of Cognetas LLP. Jonathan has served on multiple boards as a non-executive director and chair, and qualified as a Chartered Accountant during his early career at Arthur Andersen.
